All seems well with the repair and even attached the dash cam back for me.

Chap replaced the badly cracked windscreen on my little BMW. I received several text updates on estimated arrival, and work was completed in about half an hour. Cannot comment on chip repairs, but definitely recommend for a screen change.

Brilliant service, it was so easy, the repair was all booked over the phone by Fastline via Autoglass who dealt with my insurer directly. The technician collected my car the next day and brought it back a couple of hours later with a replacement rear window, all done to a very high standard, looks exactly like the manufacturers original, including the dark glass and de-misting elements. Highly recommended and I would certainly use this company again if needed.

Insurance use AutoGlass but Fastline were used as a trusted 3rd party. The engineer called before the scheduled appointment to notify he was on the way. Parked his van in a convenient respectful location to not annoy my fussy neighbours. He was super fast and knew exactly what needed doing while working clean and tidy taking away all of his rubbish. Can’t rate the guy highly enough.

Fastline Autoglazing were efficient and friendly. My insurer’s registered supplier couldn’t get the windscreen I needed, but Fastline got it within a week of me calling and it was fitted a few days later. Excellent service all round.
