We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your sunglasses. However, we would like to clarify that we have kept you fully informed throughout the entire process of your order.

When your order was delivered, instead of requesting a return directly through our customer service, you chose to open a dispute with your credit card company. Once a dispute is in place, we are unable to process a refund or issue a return label on our side until the dispute is withdrawn — as we have already explained in our previous communications.

We are still fully committed to resolving this matter. As soon as the payment dispute is removed, we will be able to proceed with the return of your order and the corresponding refund.
