I ordered a diesel tuner from them and then 2 days later I ordered the EGT sensor. Never got a confirmation or a receipt for the tuner. The sensor showed up first. I emailed them about my tuner and got no response. Calling and emailing their service email I never received anything back. A week later my tuner showed up. I now need proof of purchase to get the tuner warrantied but I can’t get a receipt or a response to save my life. Been calling and emailing for 2 weeks and nothing.. do not waste your time with this company. If you have an issue you will NEVER be able to get it sorted out. Spend your money with a company that doesn’t have fake reviews and that will actually respond. I’m assuming it’s just a drop ship company with maybe 1 or 2 employees that don’t do their job.

Great team of people to deal with when there is anything wrong and can not beat prices

Purchased 2 tires from fast modz a tire was defective. Could not get any response from them . Called Mickey Thompson they gave me a warranty # for a replacement tire . Fast mods did not respond to them either. Purchased a different set of tires from a different company. Returned the tires they received them the next day from fed ex . Still have not received a refund. Would not recommend this business to anyone. Poor customer service!!!

Company sent a package I did not order. Had to pay to sent part back. They received it. Have been waiting on a refund for two months and have not received it.

Cost was outstanding value compared to others, Communication is to be desired, no one answers the phone, nor responds to the chat. Luckily you do get a notice when your item ships for tracking.

Ordered a tuner for my truck. I paid for extra 2 day shipping by UPS. Well it didn’t come in 2 days and it came FedEx instead. Other than shipping issue I received it pretty quick and everything is at it should be.

Very communicative and the products came as needed and high quality.

Never shipped part out. I emailed them and no reply, i called them, went straight to voice mail with no call back. Had to call my cc company and file a dispute. Don't waste your time with this company. Part was cheaper but not worth the headache.

Price was better than everyone else, shipped fast and safe. Tuner worked better than I'd hoped.

The order tracking process leaves a lot to be desired. Over a month to be notified that my order was going to be delayed for 2-3 months due to a fitment issue. Once i request they my funds be returned; the next email that ny order had miraculously been shipped.

I will not be ordering anything else from this company; poor communication, poor customer service.

Ordered a part that was “in stock” and a week later after calling continuously and emailing just as often, still not getting answered. I just want my money back and they can keep the part. Seems it’ll never get shipped. Stay away from this website!

1st. I want to thank customer service. There was an issue due to shipping. So I sent them an email regarding the issue. They were quick to reply and resolve the problem. That's great customer service! 2nd. The price! They have the best price I could find online. At first I was skeptical, because the price was much cheaper than another online seller I regularly do business with. And 3rd, Their shipping, fast and quick! I didn't request for priority shipping, but I received the item with in 3days of my order. That to me is fast! Thank you very much! I am looking forwards to doing business with you again in the near future!
