The experience with Fast Preci was great mainly because of their responsiveness and clarity throughout the process. Communication was always quick and professional, and all questions were addressed clearly, which made coordination much smoother and reduced uncertainty.

The pieces were delivered on time and met the expected quality standards.

Extremely good part quality for price, almost ten times cheaper than local producers at the same quality. Lead time and shipping was also very efficient, and communication via email was always quick. Definitely recommend!

I needed one screw I could not find worldwide (used in very specific situations). Tony Hu was my contact person. The price was great. What has been exceptional was however the fast responsiveness of Tony within few hours for each correction of request and in communicating the different steps.
Furthermore, they were extremely fast in producing and shipping the object (five working days from submission to deliver to Germany).
Finally, there were small problems with customs and they supported immediately and he was apologetic. In case of issues, they do not leave you alone.
