Shocking customer service
Booked a delivery date on their website to then be told they don’t have availability in that date. Once skip was delivered getting them to collect it is a nightmare, B&M don’t answer the phone and on email they stated they’ll collect the skip sometime in the future. Basically using my drive as storage solution for their skips.
Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a skip a week before to be confirmed by the website it would be delivered on the Wednesday.
On Tuesday the day before I received an email saying they couldn’t deliver the skip till Thursday due to high demand. I was ok with this until the following day which was Wednesday the original delivery day only to receive another email making up more excuses for the new delivery date of Friday. Now two days late. I called them up to explain how angry and frustrated I was with all of this. Only to be met with a company attitude of so what do you want the skip or not. No discount offered so I cancelled the order. Had to wait a full week for a refund. I’ll never use this service again.

Delivery date disappointment
Made a telephone query to ensure they could deliver on a specific date which they confirmed and I booked online. Later received a call to advise they couldn’t deliver on the date they had previously confirmed. They did deliver early the next day but felt a bit let down. Collected on 8th day after delivery.
They had to re schedule twice before…
They had to re schedule twice before the weekend, then tried to move it too Monday which I couldn’t do so they offered me a refund and to cancel it.. I’m still waiting for my refund it’s been over 1 week

I would give zero stars if i could, I've had the skip on my drive for nearly 2 months, every time I call i am told the collection is next week, I have had to contact the walsall council.

Competitive price. Skip was booked and paid for, for a Friday but it was cancelled as they couldn’t deliver one until the following Monday. Payment was refunded within 5 days.

AVOID, Terrible service. On the day I was meant to get my skip nobody arrived so I rang around they all told me I was in the wrong department to eventually getting a call back telling me they can deliver today you have to wait a week.
When the skip arrived the driver left it on the fence of the front garden and left. 3 months later the skip is still outside my house. Countless calls to say I’ll get a call back. With a full skip still outside my house
Failure to deliver services and failure to process refund
Ordered a skip on 09/07 to be delivered on 11/07. Had a phone call on the 10/07 saying the earliest they could deliver would be 16/07 whilst offering to cancel for a full refund. I cancelled and didn't get the refund. Had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider.
