Complete scam. Did not receive product. So that's £40 down the drain. No communication after sending several emails. Its a scam and I don't understand how they are not banned from advertising there products.

Don’t waste your money !
Purchased this product , only used twice and it broke , attachments don’t click into the dryer they just now fall out, have messaged them and they are saying I have to return the item to Italy at my cost. Absolutely dreadful , cheap and nasty don’t waste your money .

It seems I’m having the Sami’s issue as everyone else. Finally got my product mid October and have been messaging for a refund since with only one WhatsApp message response stating “yes of course you can return but we are having system issues, message in 5 working days” here we are… over 2 weeks and 10 working days and no response. Email address returns back as undeliverable. No wonder they turn comments off on tiktok! Only part that worked ok on my hair was the dryer and I wasn’t buying it for that! Rubbish product, do not buy!

Absolutely awful product! Not as described, doesn't work. Have been contacting company for weeks with no response so it is now out with the 30 day guaranteed returns promise. Do not buy this product.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Thank goodness I paid through PayPal, currently in the process of claiming a full refund. DO NOT buy this product. It is not even a dupe for the airwrap, it is so poorly made it is dangerous. Unfinished edges, smells like burning, just horrendous quality and completely unsafe and unfit for purpose. Can't believe they have the audacity to charge £40 for it. Only place it belongs is in the bin.

It's a scam!
Same issue as Michelle although the product did not work at all on my hair. The voltage / power is far too low for the UK. Send videos showing proof that it does not pick up and curl my hair. 3 weeks later and what's app messages have stopped. Complete scam!

Shocking customer service
Product arrived fine but was not fully satisfied so asked for a refund. Their website states this should not be an issue but 3 weeks later iam still stuck speaking to a 'manager' through WhatsApp messages where they require videos to show the problem.
I do not believe they will be refunding me anytime soon
