Lovely clothes
I visited the Basingstoke and bought some lovely clothes but had to order the trousers online as you don't stock short lengths in store which is frustrating. However I was able to use my Blue Light card for a discount both in store and online which was a bonus! The online order arrived as expected.

I love Fatface products their jeans are just the best! I also like the ethos of the company.
I had online returns to be processed in store and this was handled in a breeze, no problem.
I bought another couple of bits in store but despite discussing and showing my Blue Light Card the discount wasn't taken off and I didn't realise this until I got home.

Comfortable stylish jumper
Saw the jumper in store in 2 different colours and said to myself I would buy this in another colour. As soon as the other colour was on the website I ordered online and ready to pick up in store earlier than originally quoted. The only negative was trying to use a gift card to buy the jumper - it didn't work!
Pick up was easy.

This his whole process was superb
This his whole process was superb! I ordered my new items online and paid against a gift card which I had no problems with. My order was delivered to store 4 days earlier than expected which was great 😊 Went straight there, my items were handed over to me and off I went. Everything in my order was also perfect 😁
