Overall my experience was good
Overall my experience was good. Delivery was in time. All pieces of clothing fitted well. I returned nothing. The only thing I didn't like was that my search didn't list only the items that were available in my size. The search engine ignored my size selection so I wasted my time going through irrelevant items.

Blouse with embroidery and blue dress
I did the purchase online because I trust FatFace sizes.
The dress and the blouse for summer bought are of great quality. The colour as described on the web site. The embroidery looks amazing and is a real beauty of the blouse!
I wear size 18 and bought that size, so the clothes perfectly fit. The dress is shorter at the front but I think it is done deliberately by the manufacturer.
I ordered a free delivery to the Next at Cribs (Bristol). I’d appreciate if the delivery could be received at Next in Yate. 😄

Sharon and Fay are a credit to Fatface
I have to say that Sharon was brilliant today. In fact, every time I've shopped there, she has been so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Fay is lovely too. Excellent customer service at this shop. If you phone and want to check availability, they are more than happy to do this for you.

Order not ready by the date given when ordering
I was collecting my order from store. I received an update on my order saying it would be ready on Thursday 19/12/24. I didn't receive an email to say my order was in store but I went anyway as I had made the trip into town to finish christmas shopping. I was told my order was not there. I contacted help on 23/12/24 and they contacted the store and confirmed my order was not there, this was at 10.12. I wouldn't have made the order if I wasn't going to get it before christmas. Then at 11.32 I had an email from store to say it was there. Not sure what happened but I wasn't happy as I had been making alternative arrangements but it appears my order was there all along.

Easy and friendly
Easy to order online for click and collect. I like that Fatface is a b corp. I was kept informed about my order and staff member in the shop when I collected was friendly and efficient. I got a discount for signing up. Though not as good as if I’d waited for the Black Friday discount as it turned out!! I thought FF might have opted out of Black Friday.

the loveliest, cosiest service
to megan and katie! my friend was looking for a jumper to go with his cosplay for halloween, and they were the friendliest most helpful ladies we could have possibly asked for. so smiley, so sweet, and could not have asked for better service to help us on our search!! came away with a gorgeous jumper and will definitely be visiting again :)
