Myself and my wife would like to positively comment on our customer experience that we enjoyed with Alison and colleagues in the Bromley branch of the store. Nothing was too much trouble and the courteous, friendly and professional way that they dealt with us totally made our shopping experience and we will definitely return.

Such delightful staff in the Bromley branch, very helpful and friendly. I am really pleased with my purchases, particularly the Catrin boots which are exactly what I was looking for; laced ankle boots but not chunky ones! Added bonus, nice discount for signing up to receive FatFace emails.

Lovely experience! I had some items ordered online that needed to be swapped for smaller size and I thought I would pop in the Bromley FatFace and check it out since it’s the easiest one for me to go to. What a nice surprise for me who really does not enjoy clothes shopping at all! The ladies there were wonderful especially a new lady there called Catherine. She was bringing me items and advised me on sizes, she wasn’t on my back either but kept checking if I was ok. It is well managed and ran by a happy team working harmoniously. I never fell rushed even though I spent quite a long time and it was relatively busy being Saturday.
I will definitely come back as I tried things I would not have picked online and ended up buying once I tried them. Thanks again for the great experience.🤗

I went into the Bromley branch with some returns from web purchase. The staff were amazing, very patient in sorting out my returns. Of course I bought some more amazing clothes and again the staff were really helpful in assisting me with my purchases. Excellent service!!

Wow what a fantastic shop and staff , Angela is a credit to fat face , it was my first time purchasing from this store and I got the most amazing sandals and jeans , my husband and I was made to feel so very welcome in the shop by Angela , the store is tidy and looks really appealing to the eye , I can't wait to go back again

The staff at the Bromley store in The Glades are an absolute credit to your organisation. They are friendly and helpful and when I have visited, twice now, I leave with a smile as it feels like I’ve had a conversation with a friend, they are all that genuine. I can recommend Fatface , in the Glades in Bromley highly. I popped in last week and I was so impressed with the store layout, the excellent new stock of Summer clothes and the fantastic Customer Service . I was looked after wonderfully and bought 3 shirts.
