Couldn't do any more to help! Friendly service. Looked up online and went for same in store, unsuccessfully. Assistant could not do any more to find item. Ended up buying one of what I was looking for, a totally different item and some extras, so well done and thank you.

Poor service in your Canterbury shop…
Poor service in your Canterbury shop today. Assistant refused to extend gift card expiry date to allow for lockdown, she said she wasn’t allowed to. She said I could phone Customer Service, I asked her if she could ring them on my behalf, but she wouldn't to that either. I asked if I could speak to the manager, but she said they wouldn’t be able to authorise it, so she couldn’t/wouldn’t go and get them. On a positive note, I left the shop called Customer Service and your advisor resolved it within 5 mins over the phone without any problem. Perhaps you should give your sales staff, managers the same empowerment.

Fantastic service at Canterbury store
Fantastic service at Canterbury store. I wanted to check if I had ordered the right size jeans online and the lady found me both pairs in the size I wanted to try. Then ordered the replacement colour to be sent to my home. The lady couldn’t have been more helpful.

Charged again when returned items!
Returned 2 items of a larger online order to store. Instead of being refunded for the items I was charged again for them. I noticed this when checking my bank statement. Had to make another journey to the store to ask them to rectify this. This was done and an apology made, but disappointed that a sales assistant couldn’t get this right the first time!

Took back a faulty bag the manager…
Took back a faulty bag the manager spent ages ringing other stores to try to get me a replacement. He and other staff did everything they could to resolve my issue.
