The FatFace team are always so welcoming and honest. If it’s not quite right they’ll be truthful and with a critical eye make suggestions about other stock in the range. Never a feeling of being hurried or pressured to buy. Love the range.

This store is a gem,what a lovely atmosphere, very helpful indeed,the best Fatface I have been in and I get a lot of clothes from Fatface,basically for the quality!I feel I would travel up to Dartmouth Fatface to shop!I come from Plymouth where the staff are so rude,especially the Manager there!Well done Fatface Dartmouth!

A perfect experience
A perfect experience from first setting foot in the shop where nothing was too much trouble. Helpful and considerate staff to the ordering and delivery of a smaller sized cardigan, everything was brilliant. The outfit is perfect.

Good communication and easy to manage. I picked up my order from my local Fatface shop in Dartmouth, the staff were helpful and friendly. It was all very quick and easy.

Above and Beyond
This is to thank Debbie at the Dartmouth store who went above and beyond in finding something for me in the stock room , at her suggestion . Trousers I was looking for were no where to be seen , shorts everywhere , but after a quick explanation of what I was after , Debbie said she thought a pair might be in the back store ! 5 mins later out she comes with the exact item in the perfect size fit , amazing !
She could have played dumb and brushed me off , but this is exactly why we need sales girls like Debbie , they make you come back to shop more !! Thaaaankyou Debbie you are an

Don't really agree with slave labour, would rather pay more for product made in Europe!!

Fantastic
Wow what fantastic service we received here today from a lady called Maria! She was so friendly and really went out of way to make us feel welcome and make sure we had everything we needed! The store was very well presented and we were very pleased with our purchases! Having worked in retail for a while I was blown away by the fantastic service which is very hard to come by these days!

Visited the store today 7th may 2024. And will not be returning again. Very disappointed with the service I received this morning. Went in around 10am to pick a dress for my daughter, the size I needed was not on the rack so I went to ask the lady who was working at the time for assistance, the lady was on her phone, I asked politely for assistance and she completely ignored me. I visit this store regularly and I have never received this type of service before. Staff are normally happy and eager to assist. I’m sure she may be new, but I do not think customer service is her strong point.

I shop here regularly and the staff are always so lovely and helpful, always a good selection of clothes. One of my favourite shops in Dartmouth.
