Shopped in the Frome store yesterday
Shopped in the Frome store yesterday. Lovely sales assistants, very helpful, even pointing out the changing room with the seat as I have a bad knee. Store was really well laid out and they were very helpful in finding me different sizes. Overall, really friendly, helpful staff without being pushy. Did ask them their names when they passed me the trust pilot review card and I think they said, Etty, Mags and Adele.

brilliant staff
I went in Saturday and a lovely girl served my i believe her name was Anna i needed help picking out some things for Christmas presents, i showed her a photo of my friend and she was amazing at helping me decide, i will 100% be going back.

Glorious Quality
Always love everything I buy from Fatface. Always different in design and quality from other high street stores. Just bought the Amy dress in 2 designs for my holiday and look forward to wearing them.

Efficient staff member
I ordered a sale item online which was not available in store. I received an email when my item was ready to collect. Staff member was very quick to process the order. I have ordered and collected there before and impressed by their efficiency. Arrived very quickly and before the estimated date.
