Ordered on line picked up from local store. Delay in delivering to store but kept informed by email on the delay. Easy to pick up and delighted with purchase. Lovely material and fits great. Good value for money.

Smooth order and partial return
I ordered 2 items and they arrived very quickly. One item was too big and I returned it via the shop. It was so simple and my money was soon back in my account. Why can’t every company make returns so easy?
The staff at Lichfield are always friendly and professional. It’s a pleasure to shop there.

I love shopping at Fat Face
I love shopping at Fat Face, love the products, the design and its quality! I look for the sales opportunities as products tend to be pricey. Litchfield had a big sale in August, almost the whole store was on sale, which was amazing!!! I buy from the US and when I’m in England and I find prices in the US extremely expensive and the sales don’t make it the same way as in England. Every opportunity I get when I’m in England, I buy Fat Face products.
