Rachel at Fatface Mevagissey bent over backwards and went beyond the call of duty in sorting out a returns/replacement issue. Really impressed by her keenness to help and sort out my situation beyond my expectations. Superb.

Karen at the Fat Face store in Mevagissey, Cornwall, was super helpful. I was struggling with belt sizes to wear for two different outfits, and she solved my problem. Always great to be served with a smile. Great work, ladies.

Fabulous shop staffed by a great team (thanks Sian!). They have a surprisingly big range for a relatively small store and good availability of sizes. We’re very fortunate to have this on our doorstep.

Amazing customer service once again!!
Sam, Kerris and Rob were all super friendly and helped with my order! I purposely will only purchase from this store due to the amazing customer service that makes me feel part of the community.
