Had the dress delivered to the shop for collection. Took 5 days to be delivered to the shop.
Very happy with the dress, good fit, has pockets- always a bonus. Nice length

Outstanding customer service
I had a jacket to return but due to unforeseen circumstances I was outside the 28 day window. ‘E’ one of customer service crew and ‘H’ at the Milton Keynes branch could not have been more helpful. You know who you are so thank you very much.

I ordered an item online and it wasn’t in stock twice. Why is it on the website to order if it isn’t in stock. Also store would not exchange a faulty item

The items I bought were in the sale when i went into the store. The manager was unhelpful miserable and disrespectful to me.

Easy ordering, easy navigation of the website
Easy ordering. Easy to navigate the website, order and have it delivered to store for click and collect. The velvet trousers I bought in the sale are beautiful and a real bargain at less than a third of the original price. Great quality clothing and unique in style. I would definitely recommend FatFace and their clothing.

Get what you pay for
Always great quality and comfort, but can be a little pricey. Most of my wardrobe is from FatFace and I have never been disappointed.
The staff are always really friendly and helpful. The website is easy to use and has a great selection of everything available. Hightly reccomend.
