Easy to use website. Kept updating me as to when order would arrive at the shop. Friendly staff when order collected. Love the jumper too!

In lots of shops, the reaction changes when I do a return. ( sometimes necessary). This lady remains pleasant throughout.

I had a great shopping experience at fatface Nantwich. Staff were so friendly and helpful and even a treat for my little dog! I find the clothes fit very well and great quality . I'm new to the area and will definitely be visiting this store many times in the future.
