Boots and returns
Bought 3 pairs of boots online. Incredibly uncomfortable on the heel. All had to go back. I tried to return to a store having read the return information. Lugged the boots to town. Shop refused to return them as had paid by PayPal. Its in the small print but not obvious. Most other shops take the item and then process the return later for PayPal. Instead I had yo lug the boots round on my shopping trip, come home, package them all up, drive to the post office, que etc etc. Not impressed. Why discourage a shopper visiting a store, terrible experience.

Excellent service
I called into the Newbury shop and was greeted with a friendly smile. The Ladies were very helpful with my query and I proceeded with my shopping. They had what I wanted and asked if they had any other colours and they advised they would show me online and post what I purchased at no extra cost, which was and is top service. Thank you 😊

Lovely paisley top
Bought a lovely paisley summer top. The staff were really helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about their stock. I'm a real Fatface fan and I'm not usually disappointed with the service or the stock.

Very helpful and friendly ladies working at the store. Definitely like to return for a great service I have received when I was looking something nice for my daughter nothing specific. I did buy couple of Tshirt's and sadly neeed to order a lovely denin jacket online as they not have much stock for children in store . Would be nice If i have a choice to order directly to store to avoid the postage also Would be nice to see more choice in store not just online.

Great service from a knowledgeable assistant. She directed us to an online order as my size was unavailable instore. Order came through within three days.

I was helped to find what I was looking for in store but item not in stock so I ordered on line. Item arrived quickly. Very pleased with the whole experienced and will shop with FatFace yet again.
