I like Fatface. It’s a shame some stores have closed. Newcastle still going though - bought a lovely jumper. Due to the material and style, I didn’t notice the hole in it until back home. Not returning to Ncle for several weeks, I called FF customer service to see if I could return to a Next store but not possible. She did, however, call the FF store so I can return outside of window and emailed me a goodwill voucher. Decent customer service and nice stuff. Now know stores / online handle returns differently.

Online order was great, easy and efficient, ordered delivery to shop (to reduce transport impact on my purse and on the environment). Item arrived even earlier than anticipated and received prompt notifications.
HOWEVER, I had been in the shop before, and since the item I wanted had been sold out in the size and coulour I was looking for, I asked the shop assistant to check if it was still available online, hoping I could order and pay there and then. But the shop assistant said it wasn’t, so I left disappointed and only by chance double checked later to see there were still plenty in stock. Me ordering and the delivery were fine, just a shame I couldn’t order and pay in the shop when I asked.

Would also be nice to receive dress without it looking like it's been stuffed in a drawer all year. Not easy to iron!!!!

Love fat face clothing ordered online to pick up in store. Fast delivery and good communication, picked up and jumper is lovely, staff in shop lovely, clothing is on the larger size so definitely down size.

Was so pleased when the size 12 jacket I needed popped up online as I'd been unable to source it in store locally. Guesstimated the size by trying on sizes 8 and 14 so was hoping I'd chosen well. Available for collection from the very helpful staff member in the Newcastle store within a couple of days and it fits perfectly. Love the colour and style. Brown Sussex jacket 10/10

I really like what I bought but I've been having an issue, each time. The last times I purchased, the website marked an error, as if I had to repeat everything. The first time, I paid double, and was about to pay a third time, but the item wasn't in stock any more. Then the item, arrived twice, the confirmation emails had gotten lost in the sea of emails, so I didn't realise that the purchase had been completed. Every since then the same error appears but I do get a confirmation email, that I check immediately since I know from previous experiences.

Ordering was straightforward and a bonus that I could pick up order at Next. The socks are excellent. Also the gift card was so easy to order and was delivered on time for my daughters birthday via email.
