We have visited the store in Ripon…
We have visited the store in Ripon before and advised us if we can't find what we want in store to order on line which we have done a couple of times and delivered to store. It works really well and the staff are really helpful

Excellent customer service
I regularly shop in the Fatface Ripon store and wanted to compliment all the staff on the excellent customer service I have received on every trip. You feel welcomed into the shop and everyone is very always very helpful. I would particularly like to mention Sue. Sue always welcomes me by name, she goes absolutely above and beyond to help and gives excellent advice. Sue and colleagues make it a pleasure to shop in Ripon. Thank you

Parcel Collection
The admin process was simple and I was kept updated about my order. Unfortunately the service was let down by the member of staff who retrieved my parcel in the Ripon store. She was far too familiar (she has only recently started working in the store I think). Her comments were unprofessional and unnecessary. Shame as I have always found the other staff very helpful. She would benefit from some training in customer service.

Ripon store, great helpful staff
Visited the Ripon branch. Which in itself is an achievement. As a visitor it’s not the easiest of shops to find but thanks to a friendly local man that could see us trying to work out how to find it we got some helpful directions.
Staff were really helpful and friendly. Had a lovely welcome when I stepped through the door and help trying to find what I needed. Being pointed straight to what I was looking for.
