FatFace is one of my favourite stores. I love their clothes. The quality is very good and they last, just wish they weren’t so expensive but then you get what you pay for.

There wasn’t the right size in the shop so the assistant checked and it was in stock online - so I ordered it that way.

Friendly people and helpful but the clothes r the thing from the minute you feel the fabrics it’s all great stuff

I visited your Rushden Lakes store on Tuesday 30th January. I spoke to Carly. I just wanted to say how lovely she was and how much she cared, after I told her some things about what had happened to me recently, not good things! It was like therapy. I instantly felt at ease, happy and much calmer. Retail isn’t just about shopping it’s the staff who has time to talk to you and make you feel instantly better. Will never forget my experience with her. She’s a credit to your company and she deserves a medal. Thank you Carly.

The customer service in this store is wonderful and it’s such a delight to have it in this day and age. With special thanks to Gabe and Janine. On a previous shopping occasion, Gabe went above and beyond to help my mum who has a disability whilst we shopped in store.

Very pleased with the dress purchased. Good and quick delivery. Ordered 2 sizes for fit, so easy to return to the shop.

We looked in store first and the store colleague in there was great! We went to Rushden Lakes Fat Face - not sure of the lady's name but she put some coats behind the till for us in case we wanted to have a think and come back later - really friendly and great service! We ended up buying online at home, as my 2 year old son was getting tired out at the shops, but the in-store service before really helped us. The coat itself is lovely, such good quality and really keeps my daughter warm!

What a great experience at FatFace Rushden lakes. Went to return an item that I bought online unfortunately due to how I paid for it, I was unable to return it in store. Janine found appropriate packaging and helped me pack my products ready to return via post. This meant I could pop across the road to where I needed to drop it off to be returned. You saved me lots of hassle that day. Thanks so much!

My friend was bitten by a dog just outside Fat Face. The lovely lady Hannah was amazing she rushed over and called security. Made sure that my friend was okay. First Aid was administered. Can't thank you enough Hannah. You were amazing.

Mo and Gabe service today on Christmas Eve was top notch, Mo especially went above and beyond what is expected to help me find a last minute Christmas present for my husband, fom checking what they have in stock behind the store and even showing what's online on her phone that is the little touches I loved. I am in love with the gift box that you can get for free with the purchase, that's was the cherry on top.
I will be back to purchase more VW brand clothing.

Clothes are beautiful and Hannah the manager is amazing, very kind, helpful and made all the customers feel important, she is a credit to the company, I shop in there frequently and she remembers me every time, Will was also extremely helpful.

Easily ordered item online, collection in local store, easily accessible. Kept in touch via email about delivery. Shop was lively clean & bright & the assistant was very nice and very helpful. All done & out in few mins.
