Just really good quality products love the fit and feel of the fabric.

It looks like they closed the shop ? No notices and still on the website. The least they can do is put a note on internet, I've walked up and down Trafford centre a few times looking for it. Not good customer service.

You closed the local shop at the Trafford centre so I am going to g have to find somewhere else to shop

I didn’t have my phone with me which has my cards electronically. I didn’t however have the cards themselves. I waited for 45 minutes for the manager to ring customer services to be told I could only have a refund if I had my phone! I called why and was told to put it back on the hard card which apparently has a different number to the digital version in the phone would be fraud. That is I correct as fraud requires dishonesty which was totally absent. It was unpleasant tone spoken to in those terms. This is not shop I will use again and I told the manager this explaining that I thought it I reasonable in an age where people use both cards and phone to pay still that they are not somehow linked. He retorted that he was glad I would no longer be a customer. Great way to lose future business. By contrast I exchanged a gift on Hobbs and was immediately offered the balance in a gift card I can use in store or electronically. Great service from Hobbs and an immediate proactive solution to a problem I hadn’t thought of (as I had a gift receipt)

Faye, Faye made my experience great today. I was in a dilemma in being unable to return an item, which was in my opinion, not fit for purpose to another chain fashion store. The huge shop was no longer there. I decided I'd have to send it back via the paid for return option. On my way back to my car, I went passed one of my favourite shops... Fatface. I thought id just look. I think Faye saw me perhaps looking puzzled and she asked me if she could help. Oh yes indeed. Faye listened to my story and said I think I can help. Off she went and came back with two items which were perfect. I bought both zipped hoodies for my Husband. I wish every body was as helpful as Faye. Soooo a mahoosive thank you Faye.

The quality and design of your products is excellent . My son is 6 foot 4 inches and likes shopping with you as he knows he can get long sweaters etc

It was our first time in The Trafford Centre store today and it was SO lovely. It was super clean and very well laid out and the staff were all so friendly. Helen gave us great advice on the socks and really looked after us, she was so fab! Thank you!

Went into the Trafford Centre store to see if they had a top that I had seen online. I could only see one of a different colour and size so asked at the till if they had the one I wanted for me to try on. They didn’t, but offered to order it for me. All ordered and paid for very efficiently, by a very helpful member of staff on the till. I had been in John Lewis prior to this and got bad customer service so really appreciated this!

I went into the shop at the Trafford Centre as my husband had bought me a bracelet from Fistral Beach whilst on holiday but it was faulty. I asked for an exchange only to be told I couldn’t as I did not have a receipt. I did not want my money back just an exchange. The manager was extremely rude. I left the store incredibly upset. I am appalled at the level of service.

Ordered 2no items to be picked up at a local store. A date was given and then changed as 1 item had not been available. Informed a few days later that 2 items ready for pickup. Went to the store only to be told only 1 item was delivered. Asked them to check with fatface office what had happened. Then told that was now closed. Told to phone orders myself when open and come back on another day. I suggested they look again. A few minutes later they returned and had located my missing item in the back of the shop. Got what I came for but no need for the drama in locating them in the store.

Hi this was my first time shopping in the store. I had a great experience the shop is gorgeous 😍 A lovely lady Helen helped me choose a outfit. She went out of her way to help and ended up placing a order online for me too.
A beautiful range of textiles with textures, patterns and variety to choose from.
I will certainly be visiting this store again especially the Trafford one.

Was in last week and couldn’t find the shirt I wanted in my size, lovely girl who worked there, her name was Niamh on receipt, went in the back and found it for me! Will be shopping here again, excellent service and quality products also
