The Waterloo store is a great place to pick up if you live in SW London. You are in and out in a few minutes as the staff are super efficient!

Fab customer experience
Had a fab experience on store today with Andrew and Jay. I was looking for a gift for my husband and I felt like I had a personal shopper, advising me on styles and offers in-store. Will be back again. Felt very valued as a customer, thank yiu!

Great service at Fat Face, Waterloo, London …
I have been a customer of Fat Face for years. I often visit the Fat Face store in Waterloo station and can’t fault the service I receive every time I visit. Whether it’s to pick up an online order or buy in store, Amber and the team are always ready to help. I would recommend visiting this store for the range of products they have in store and the service.

What an amazing shop the female staff are amazing love the boots and Macs black ones preferably need those plastic body bags back mwah Stuart and the rudder and more disgusting the website and clothing the better xx

I kept one & returned the other, again straightforward return to store!

Online location of stock very good
Staff at branches helpful and could locate where stock of a specific item was available - even in London (St Pancras and Waterloo Stations).

Very efficient
Nice staff in the Waterloo store. Nice store, beautiful and well organised. The clothes are rather expensive when not on sale.

I had to return a top as it was too…
I had to return a top as it was too small and the assistant explained that there was a similar top in the store, which I might like. She took me over to where they were and suggested I try two sizes on, so that I would know which fitted better. Excellent customer service!

Lovely staff at Waterloo station
Lovely staff at Waterloo station. Really helpful and polite. I left my travel card in the changing room. After running after me, and not finding me, they kept safe until I returned. Thank you! Oh and I bought a lovely dress too.
