Your company sent me any email to say my purchases had arrived at the shop but unfortunately the mail went in to my junk box! Nobody’s fault and the shop had my clothes do that was excellent

Item unavailable in store. Fortunately free postage offer came up so ordered online. Had already purchased two items instore. Staff very friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to shop in store.

Helpful staff
Very impressed with the customer service in The Woodbridge FatFace. I bought a pair of cargo trousers online just before Christmas. Very nice but they had been sized incorrectly. The staff were very helpful with the return even though I couldn't return them until January.

Great service
Great service, helpful staff, needed to return items, (wrong size), store was very busy but the staff were really friendly, helpful, giving their full attention to each customers need. Love shopping there.

Woodbridge Shop staff always helpful
I ordered cord trousers online which were much too big. I returned them to shop in Woodbridge. The staff there are always very helpful, charming and friendly.

Excellent cloths and shop service
I ordered to be collected from woodbridge where I tried on both dresses size 8 . I asked the girls if they looked OK who both said need next size down. I ordered size 6 brilliant dresses and so glad I asked the girls for advice. Thanks girls

In the Woodbridge store today and…
In the Woodbridge store today and really loved it. Well laid out shop, gorgeous clothes and great air conditioning on a boiling day…..but most impressive of all were the lovely ladies working there! Very polite, kind and knowledgeable.
Great to find somewhere selling children’s clothes also!
Would definitely return and highly recommend!
