Wie so oft - Schlecht wenns ums Auszahlen geht
Aktuell kann ich diesem Casino nur das Minimum an Punkten geben. Wie viele Casinos, Geld erhalten sofort, Geld auszahlen miserabel. In den AGBs werden 3 Tage Bearbeitungszeit genannt. Meine Abhebung ist nun schon 8 Tage her und keinerlei Bearbeitung. Wendet man sich an den Support, immer nur Copy & Paste Antworten.
Auch der eMails Support reagiert außer für Angebote gar nicht. Schade, bin durch einen Twitch Streamer auf das Casino aufmerksam geworden, sollte dem Streamer eventuell mal berichten, für welches Casino er da wirbt. Dachte vertraue dem richtigen Casino mein Geld an.

Fat pirate fake site
Stay well.away from this fake site they are not licensed to play in the uk .however i had 2×£100 withdrawals in January it as taken me 2 months to get a ARN number for the bank so they could have further i have given the bank these numbers and they know nothing of these transactions. I have contacted fat pirate again and all i get is promises but nothing happens i know i will not get my money .i have reported them to the gaming site and they said theyare trading illegally in the uk

Tengo dos retiradas en proceso la primera del 4 de febrero y estamos a 18 de marzo.
Contacté con ellos varios días después y me dijeron que me iba a llegar pronto, el otro día volví a contactar porque no me llegó y me dijeron que es que tenía que volver a verificar. Cuando verifico, a través de su web con DNI y selfie, me sale al día siguiente que tengo que volver a verificar de nuevo otra vez lo mismo.
Por el chat no me dicen nada y por email no me contestan.
Es un auténtico engañabobos son unos estafadores.
Espero que esta reclamación sirva para que espabilen y me paguen.
Si lo hacen editaré poniendo el resultado final.

Erst hieß es- wird paar Tage geprüft. Dann warten und noch mal warten . Der Vorfall war am 17.01.2025 !!! Bis heute keine Rückmeldung erhalten

Just tried withdrawing for a 7th time and it has been refused. Fat Pirate have asked Trust Pilot for me to provide more details on my previous reviews so they can verify if they are true reviews. I see this as a bullying tactic. Everything I have said is true.
Don’t be fooled by their comments under reviews which express concern and that they want to rectify things. They don’t. They are scammers and the casino should be taken down.

Deposited £20, won £220 they wouldn’t let me withdraw it kept going back on the balance so I ended up just spending it and requesting the account to get deleted (which you have to do by email)
