Eine Auszahlungsanfrage wurde ohne Erklärung storniert, was ziemlich frustrierend war. Habe dann den Support kontaktiert, die mir letztlich geholfen haben, und eine Woche später hatte ich das Geld. Nicht perfekt, aber am Ende hat es geklappt.

I would give a 0 star if this was an…

I would give a 0 star if this was an option. My withdrawal has taken 1 month so far and still not received my funds
I was told on multiple occasions that my withdrawal had been processed and would receive it within 48-60 hours.
My withdrawal was then cancelled by fatpirate where I was told they have changed processing companies and I would have to restart my withdrawal.
And now it has reached 1 month and still haven’t received the funds.

So, it's allright to deposit thousands of pounds a day but when it comes to withdrawal, you can only withdraw 1.5 k a day, rubbish site with suspicious method of payments, money laundering comes to mind, stay clear.

Overall I like the casino

Overall I like the casino, some nice games. I won some money. Just like more people who gave a bad review the last days, I had to wait a little longer for my withdraw. Like 10 days. Maybe someting is wrong in the system or something because I see that earlier the withdraws were always on time. But don’t worry you will get your money.

I began to develop a gambling addiction around 1.5 years ago and used Gamstop in an attempt to stop.
Somehow FatPirate Casino managed to get hold of my information and sent a promotional email with an offer of a joining bonus.
Before I knew it I was spending big sums of money on the site and I can probably say that I have spent a minimum of 20k on the site.
I started using credit cards to chase wins when losing and got myself into financial trouble.
I sent various emails requesting to close my account but they were ignored and further text messages/ emails which I cannot unsubscribe from kept coming through to tempt me to use the site.
One evening I won 100k on a jackpot and as you can imagine I was so happy.
Up to this point I had made withdrawals up to £2000 to my account using my IBAN and my account had been fully verified.
As soon as I won the 100k they responded about me closing my account which I told them I did not want until I had withdrawn my winnings. Then they told me account needed to be re-verified which I sent all of the relevant information for.
Eventually they told me I had to send confirmation of my E-wallet ownership including my name/ date of birth and address on. I explained that it was not possible to provide such information as ApplePay do not keep record if this and continued to email to explain that all of the ApplePay transactions were on the statements I had already sent.
It went on for months and it genuinely made me ill as I felt completely robbed.
I have asked them now to close the account and never contact me again but no doubt they will continue to harass me as they prey on people like me with addiction to gambling…

Updated: As you can see, I have now received a reply from Fatpirate asking for me to contact them to raise concerns. This is a standard procedure from them and they still don’t resolve your queries after advising you to make contact. I’ll always be 100k out of pocket which I fairly won and they denied me withdrawing.

SCAM !!!

I won €1000,- and made a withdrawal. They advertise with paying within 3-5 workdays. But they don't. It's been 3 weeks now and my €1000,- is still waiting to be processed. So it's clearly a scam. It's very simple to deposit money, and they are quick. But when THEY have to pay YOU, they stay quiet. Don't deposit money! You can win a lot of money but they won't pay out.

Still waiting for a withdrawal after a week, they keep using the excuse there has been lots of withdrawal requests, (like that’s my problem) it shouldn’t say in the terms 3 days if it’s gunna take longer. Never had problems with other withdrawals but when u actually needed the money at the time u was thinking u was gunna get it they let you down, hopefully will be sorted soon but just really frustrating

Great site

Great site, had some losses and some wins. Withdrawals although sometimes get cancelled they do go through eventually and take anything from instant ( on 2 occasions) to a few days or a week.

God will take care of you


Months ago I lost money here also because their politics about withdrawals. So I asked them to close the account and never write me or contact me anymore because of responsible gambling. Absolute scam website. The features are absolutely dreadful. I bought multiple £50 bonus buys, none of the resulting in a win for more than £7. Absolute joke. The features on other games were dreadful aswell.

The live chat doesn’t work, which is obviously a tactic they use the stop people from self excluding quickly resulting in them depositing more money and inevitably losing.
