Hi! My name is Palina, I am a marketing specialist and more than 2 years I spent with FBA as a client (and still am). The most important that I feel safe with them, no legal issues came to me since I started working as independent marketing specialist through FBA. My account manager is always open to help and answer any questions (even the silly ones). The new CRM system is even more easy to use so I can easily send an invoice to my client, but of course before that it goes through FBA's verification. I am calm that guys are checking everything and asking me to fix smth if it's not right, because I have no clue what I am doing in terms of legal docs :D Soo I recommend FBA if you want to work as independent digital specialist - these guys got your back!

The processes are so well organized that i go months without needing to personally contact the managers. Everything that could be automated is automated. Invoicing flow is pretty straightforward and the CRM sends email notifications about significant status updates. If there are issues though, the managers are quick to respond and helpful. They act as a kind of intermediary between me and the government: they explain what needs to be done and how, prepare all the necessary paperwork, keep track of deadlines, and let me know if anything needs to be submitted or corrected.
