First Call Communication have recently completed a survey of our care home prior to installing a new telephone system. It was clear they understood the value of effective communication systems for the care home environment. Prior to this we have engaged with 2 alternative companies over the last 3 years to try to resolve communication blackspots in the home. The turn around from survey to installation was extremely impressive. The engineers were on site at a weekend to reduce the interruptions to the business and our residents. They installed the infrastructure for the phones in a professional and competent and respectful manner. The phones are working perfectly across the whole home.
