Very difficult company to deal with. Every interaction felt forced, as if the agents didn’t want to be there—slow, disengaged communication on every call.

They clearly rush you into enrolling as quickly as possible, applying pressure without giving you proper time or clarity to understand what you’re signing up for. The focus feels entirely on getting you committed, not actually supporting you.

Once enrolled, the experience drops off completely. There is no clear training structure, no proper onboarding, and little to no explanation of what you’re supposed to be learning. You’re essentially left to figure things out on your own, which is frustrating and unprofessional.

Fellow advisors, Umar Ahmad (Training Manager) and Anshul Anshul were hands down the worst advisors I’ve ever come across during a training facilities programme.

I even followed up by emailing three different advisors with clear, reasonable questions about the course—covering points of contact, progress tracking, systems used, assessments, and feedback timelines—and received absolutely no response. This level of silence is unacceptable for any training provider.

On top of that, the constant follow-up calls from different personal numbers, even after requesting my details be removed, felt intrusive and crossed into harassment.

Overall, misleading, poorly managed, and exhausting to deal with. I would strongly advise others to avoid.

The package document to read, videos and exercises are explanatory and hands on guidance to learn. Overall good materials. Tutor Momin is very helpful and approachable.

Future Connect is the perfect solution for anyone with a degree who feels they are lagging behind in practical skills. The trainers (shoutout to Qurat and Muntaha!) are proactive and truly understand where students struggle. I’m currently doing the Advanced Finance Analyst course and it is worth every penny. If you’re worried about costs, their hassle-free finance options make it very accessible. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add real value to their career!

I had a great tutor called Zaynah who helped me throughout the whole process.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but it needs to be heard by everyone reading the reviews. This company collects your data from multiple sites and contacts you, claiming they are setting up a meeting with a client. This is exactly what happened with me. During a telephonic round, I told them I was not interested in the training. So, they told me that I will have a meeting with the client, and if it goes well, then they’ll see, which I agreed to.
Today, an hour before the meeting, I received a call from the agency, confirming that this was the training that I was supposed to join, and a consultant will be there to guide me. I politely told them that I was not interested in the training program, but they still told me to at least join the meeting, so I finally joined the call.
Once I joined the meeting, due to some technical issues, it took me 2 minutes to turn on the microphone. The consultant, on the other hand, named Aastha, started yelling. Once the microphone was on, I asked her to calm down, as this was just a technical issue. But she was extremely rude throughout the call. She told me I was to join the mandatory training program and listed the courses that they offered. I asked her if they had checked my CV, and why they think I need a course if I had recently completed a Master's in the field and have relevant experience of 3+ years in that same field?
She told me that I don’t have the skills, and I again gently asked what skills, which she could not answer, as she was just stuck to her own script.
I denied the training program and left the call.

I dropped the mail to the team about how badly they treated someone who doesn’t need the program, and then I received a WhatsApp message from the person who contacted me on the call, Amjad Khan, a recruitment specialist.
He told me that since I’ve worked in some other country, I will never receive a job in the UK, as I don’t know a thing. This is one of the strangest things I’ve heard, as I have always heard that skills are transferable, and when we are from the same field for a few years, recruiters pay attention to those skills, not where we worked.
And when I told him that, and stated that I’ll put his message in the review as well, he deleted his entire message, saying, " This will not help me in any manner, as I will never get a job; instead, only he can lose a job.”
This is something I have to write down to tell everyone how people deal when people don’t give money straight away!

I had such a good class sessions with my tutor Zaynah Satti. Thank you so much for everything. You're one of the best teachers I've had. I couldn't have done it without your guidance. You were so patient with us and made sure you explained everything to our understanding. I appreciate you.

I have done practical training assistant accounting in mile end branch assited by momin and abhay patel they are very good at teaching and they are excellent in their feilds ( accounting ) and they trained me very patiently and they supported every day in training and explained how accounts software works.. i strongly suggest this branch whoever want to start their accounting carrer and also for who wants update their knowledge in accounting ..

Very bad feeling from this company. I heard about the company at a job fair and was told the course was £800. Then on the consultation call they say its £1,000 but later confirm the cost is actually £2,500. It all just feels very dodgy and they will not take no for an answer.

FC Training Institute is a professional course. I have a great and useful training lesssons with kind trainer and professional! They know their job and help us (students) to understand easily what you need to do! I recommend the FC training course for everyone how wants to improve their skills and find a good job!

Had a great experience over here as I have gained exposure into various aspects such as bookkeeping, payroll, vat, management accounts, bank recs and many more, it's been a great learning opportunity.

I recently completed the Accounts Assistant course at Future Connect’s Manchester branch, and I had a very positive experience. The course is well-structured and provides both strong theoretical knowledge and practical, hands-on training that reflects real workplace tasks.

I completed 180 hours of digital accountancy training with Mr Saad at Future Connect Training and Recruitment. It was online training. It was an excellent experience. The course was practical and hands-on covering bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and financial reporting using Xero,Sage, Quickbook, and Sage 50 Payroll. MrcSaad was knowledgeable, supportive and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend this training to anyone looking to build strong, real world accounting skills.

It was an incredible learning experience. A very informative training on accounting. Extremely knowdlegeable and helpful trainers. I would recommend this training company to go for. Also the sales team was extremely helpful and hardworking.

I asked for more details about 1 of their courses. They called and arranged an appointment on Zoom. I cancelled that appointment because I decided to choose a different course provider. Since then, everyday they call, send text and email. They are like a leech, a bad penny and a nail fungus all in one. They simply cannot handle a “no”
