If you like stone cold raw burgers
Did an UberEats order at 7pm (1 hour before close) expected delivery time got changed from 20-30 minutes to 45 minutes which isn’t a huge issue, but to receive the food 1 hour 30 minutes after ordering to be met with stone cold food which had to be reheated in the oven to only notice after a bite of my burger that it wasn’t cooked at all on the inside. Cheesy chips were that cold that you could’ve regrated the cheese. Absolutely appalling not worth the £50 we paid!

Lack of clarity
I’ve ordered a an experience as a gift, but gave nothing to show for it except a confirmation of payment. I left the date open, but have no instructions of how to use/book what I’ve purchased. Emailed to enquire but no response. Will have to call to clarify. But meanwhile have spent £200 & no idea how to redeem the payment.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention on here but yes we have already emailed your vouchers to you on 19/11/25 and the vouchers included all information regarding redeeming them too. Please double check that the email didn’t end up in your spam folder for example. We haven’t unfortunately received any query emails from yourself that we can find so my apologies that this hasn’t been addressed sooner, if you could let us know when you sent the email and to which email address you used we can look into that further too. There is always an option to have vouchers posted out to yourself instead of emailing too which could also help prevent the potential for emails to end up in spam/undelivered etc.

Flawless product, the smoking of the chilli’s and cheese is absolutely fantastic, really adds to flavour. The dried ghost pods are an absolute joy and have a proper hit of glorious heat !!

Once bitten, you’re smitten
All these smoked products are of incredible quality and good value in my opinion.
The smoky taste is addictive! I’ve tried the butter, cheeses, garlic and nuts. Can recommend them all.

Absolutely fabulous cold smoking…
Absolutely fabulous cold smoking course. We received a very warm welcome and it all followed on from there! I couldn't fault any aspect of the experience and the smoked foods we tried at the end were superb too.
Highly recommended as a great morning out.

Delicious smoked nuts
Really love the smoked almonds and cashews from Feast and the furious, they are delicious, even my husband who doesn't like nuts loves them... BTW they will deliver to mainland Scotland :)

The smoked salmon tasted great
The smoked salmon tasted great! It had a distinctive smoky taste which meant that a little went a long way. The packs seemed small but could easily be cut in thin slices with a sharp knife so provided plenty for our Christmas Day starters. I would definitely buy it another year.
