Good experience
The company is efficient to deal with and the shoes are great quality. This pair of sandals didn't happen to suit me, but I would definitely try again. I have a pair of boots from them that are great.
My only comment would be that the shoes are not all that wide.

Customer service
Unfortunately the gold leather sandals didn’t fit me despite trying on 2 sizes but the sandals were beautifully made and the leather was so soft, the customer service is second to none.Amy who replied to my emails was excellent at trying to sort out the problem with the sizes, I will be ordering a pair of boots in the winter and hope they will fit me, they really do have the personal touch and try their best to fix problems.

Thanks Sally, we found these sandals were unacceptable for us too, we pride ourselves in fit and comfort and have now removed them from our site!

Amazing! I never wore ankle boots purely because i could never find a pair that fit me comfortably yet still look fashionable! However the lace up leather boots from feather and sole do both of these. The quality is amazing and they just fit perfect.
