Hi would like to Thank Matt & staff ,so much ,i got a photo,charm of me & my Daughter from Featherlings,Dec 2022,,the photo had really faded,i emailed company they restored the charm,totally free of charge,Jewellery is Beautiful,this company creates so many Different types of Jewellery,at times when you have lost a loved one,to always have something so special,i will def recommend to Family & Friends,cant thank you all enough, yours sincerley Janet Scott

From start to finish I have been incredibly impressed with Featherlings (Matt). I have received communication through the process and the product is simply stunning, a beautiful way to remember a loved one. The packaging is both sentimental and respectful and you can tell a lot of thought and care if taken with everything that goes with the product itself, would recommend to anyone. My item was cufflinks made from my grandmothers ashes to be worn on my wedding day and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, thanks Featherlings!

Told me the first time I sent off that they didn't receive it fair enough then second time I sent off I had to chase up received no email confirming they had received it , when it finally arrived about a month later the chain was sent loose in a box completely tangled , when I messaged about it matt blamed the postage not the poor packaging wouldn't bother using them again.

I ordered the round ashes ring and the round ashes memorial cufflinks. I received them today and they are both beautiful! Communication was great from start to finish. Thank you!

I ordered the Claddagh Ashes Ring online from Featherlings, it was easy to order and instructions were clear and concise. Communication emails were great with relevant information for each stage of the process. I received the ashes kit promptly, again with clear instructions within. I sent my mums ashes in the container provided by Matt, filled out the relevant information that he needed and sent it back using the prepaid envelope/bag. I received an email when Matt had received my mums ashes and a further email to inform me that my finished piece was on it's way to me. My claddagh ring, a bottle keepsake and the remaining of mums ashes were all sent back together in a lovely box; it all looked like it had been handled in a respectful manner; and what can I say, I love my Claddagh ring, I think it's beautiful. I have a piece of mum with me wherever I go ❤️ Thank you Matt 😊

The whole ordering process from start to finish was done with sensitivity and care. The jewellery we ordered, charm and necklace, are beautifully crafted with heartfelt inscriptions. Matt kept me up to date with the whole process and when the jewellery was delivered it was well packaged with surplus ashes included, a keepsake bottle and a certificate of authenticity. I fully recommend this company. Excellent service.

Excellent! Ordered some locket photos for a wedding charm and they were perfect! One was from an old faded photo and it still looked good. Multiple sizes and more than one of each so if you make a mistake cutting them you have a spare. Arrived in super quick time. Definitely recommend.

I ordered some locket photos on December 11th hoping that I would receive them in time for Christmas. I was a bit concerned when time was rapidly approaching for the 'Big Man' to be arriving on December 25th so I emailed the company. I had a superb reply from Matt reassuring me, even offering a next day delivery if I did not receive them. Sure enough they arrived the following day. Great customer service and an excellent product. I should maybe learn to be a bit more patient and a bit more understanding relating to delayed postage from Royal Mail during the festive season!

Ordered ashes heart charms to give as gifts to my daughters friends. The charms were beautifully made and service was excellent. It was comforting to receive such empathetic contact from Matt . Would highly recommend.

I purchased a sterling silver locket and some locket size photos of my dear mum who recently passed last month and I have to say the service and items are amazing. Great value for money. Extremely fast delivery. I was so surprised to see it in my letterbox this afternoon. The company are extremely considerate to the customers needs and the importance and sentimental value of the items they are selling and the reasons for them . I bought a sterling silver pendant for my sister's birthday engraved with a tiny scorpion her son drew when he was tiny (it's her favourite drawing). It is absolutely beautifully made and i can't wait until she sees it.
It only took a few days from my initial order to receiving the necklace through the post. Excellent service and I will definitely place another order soon.

Beautiful piece of jewellery and would like a special mention to Matt who I corresponded with, I requested that the item could be posted as soon as possible so it would arrive quicker than the estimated date and he made sure that happened. Thank you very much.

I ordered a personalised charm for my mum with her cat who had passed away. The actual charm was lovely! She was really happy with it. They made a special effort to get the charm delivered really quickly too. Great service and great quality. 100% recommend!

I ordered some cufflinks with my Dad's ashes as a gift for my brothers wedding day. I was unfortunately not 100% happy with the colour (I take responsibility for this, as in hindsight I should have emailed after ordering to ensure I got exactly what I envisioned, as I am very anal when it comes to things of sentimental value) anyway, I contacted straight away and Matt replied quickly and offered to remake them for me. The customer service and care I received throughout has honestly been second to none. I have probably been the fussiest customer that Matt has ever or will ever come across. But Matt dealt with me with nothing but pure compassion and sincerity. It is extremely clear that he really cares about what he is creating and the value behind them! I received the remade cufflinks today and I could not be more over the moon if I tried, they are just wonderful, they really capture the colour of my Dads eyes beautifully!!! I will be recommending Feathering's to everyone and I will 10000% be back again to purchase more in the future. Thank you Matt, I really appreciate you putting up with my constant fussiness and for creating the perfect gift for my brother. I cannot wait to give them to him!!!
