We asked Federal Management to collect 2 debts for us. We haven't had any success in the past with Debt Collectors but they succeeded in recovering both debts. Staff were professional and very helpful.

Excellent service from this professional company. Have never needed to use collecting services before but this company were extremely efficient and kept us updated through the entire process. Fortunately, their initial actions with the debtor resulted in full payment around 3 weeks after their first action (this debt was over 6 months overdue) so we are very pleased. I initially called Federal Management to get some advice on fairly large sum of money that was owed to me, and that I thought I might struggle to recover myself.
I spoke to a great guy, Tony Meadows who gave me some fantastic advice, and gave me a plan of action going forwards. He was confident that with his help, I would have no problem getting my money back.
Fortunately, in the time between me talking to Tony, and the date we set to start proceedings, I managed to secure an agreement in writing that I would get all of my money back.
I discussed this with Tony, and he was happy that I had secured the agreement and that if for whatever reason the agreement fell through, that he would be there for me.

Good team, if you work with them then they work with you. They brought a bad debt under control, established a payment plan with the debtor covering the original debt plus our legal costs plus interest, together worth almost £3,500. The debtor settled the remaining balance in full after just 17 months of the 45 month repayment plan.

Collected some unpaid contractor fees from a developer for work we’d done. Five star company.

To keep it brief, we had a tray of invoices that were overdue, some as old as 2022. Federal did their homework and recovered most of what was owed bar 2 that had gone into liquidation. Will be using again for sure.

Used federal on two debts we had and both were collected. They weren’t able to help with a third as the customer had gone to the wall.
