Very clunky and inaccurate software, it will say all my peer feedback is complete but then later I will get a 70 because not all the students submitted there responses yet some of them submit past due date and your graded for failing to respond to them past the due date of the assignment. I hope no school ever uses this software.

The Feedbackfruits.com platform is integrated into the learning system at my university. I am basing my review on student-to-student feedback, not on student-to-teacher evaluation.

The feedback templates are tedious, superficial and unnecessarily circumstantial.

When you read the texts of your peers, I believe that overall critical feedback should be your main focus, but this system doesn't expect any independent critical thought from students. The feedback forms are guiding us far too much in detail, as if we were children.

The "feedback on feedback" function is time-consuming.

Students need to learn to be honest and critical to each other, and therefore I don't believe a system for anonymous feedback is desirable. Remote learning is already a problem (if overdone), since it detaches you from the daily contact with other students – and when turned anonymous, it is much worse. I think it would be much better to give face-to-face feedback.

When typing the feedback, there is an automatical function under the input box which comments on what you are writing. This is very annoying and distracting. The function is presumable a kind of AI intepretation of your text, but in reality it is very simple and pointless. It will always initially write that your feedback is too negative or short, but after you have finished a few lines, it will write that your feedback is useful and great.

After finishing the feedback, the feedback module disappeard from our learning system. This may either be because it is locked after deadline, or because the server at feedbackfruits.com is down. In either case, it is not very smart, since it means I and my fellow students can't access the feedback data retrospectively – neither the feedback we have received nor what we have given to other students. Luckily, I saved a pdf of the feedback (the pdf also gives a better overview). But when you cannot acces what you have written and received, it feels like a devaluation of your work. Incidentally, I have made a small error in my feedback to another group, but there is no access now, I can't correct my error or give them an excuse.

I really don't understand why my university invests money in such systems. I prefer face-to-face feedback. Anonymity is avoidance, although I agree that anonymity can be relevant for giving feedback on teachers.
