FREE workout plans available! Boxing, Sunbeds, Showers, cardio, lockers, weights, variety of supplements & a Sauna. Well stocked vending machine. Loads of different classes. Suitable for kids also!
24 hour access on top via a keycard. Well worth every penny!

Amazing place to train staff helpful and friendly it has something for everyone classes gym sauna and sunbeds with the owner with a great knowledge of nutrition and exercise it's the best place to train in the area wouldn't train anywhere else keep the hard work ryan
