I had previously had a prescription…
I had previously had a prescription that wasn’t working so I stopped. Came back to see if there was another option and filled out the questionnaire yet again and paid the visit price of $40 to be denied care. Glad you took the $40 for nothing

Felix is easy to use. I got my prescription in a day and next day they ship my medication. Also they did direct billing so I didn't have to deal with my insurance or pay in advance.

User-friendly and fast
User-intuitive app made the process easy. Practitioner response was extremely fast and helpful. Super easy not having to handle any of the insurance claims as the consumer. From downloading the app to getting my prescription approved and shipped was 24 hours.
