Brent is a professional real estate broker and handled all aspects related to selling our home. We received a staging consultation, professional photos and a comprehensive marketing strategy. Once our home was on the market Felix Homes provided us with an online dashboard so that we could see how many buyers were interested in our home. They also created a custom website specifically for our home. Very happy with our overall experience and I’d definitely use Felix Homes again in the future.

Awesome Experience with Felix Homes
My wife and I chose to use Felix Homes after interviewing a number of agents. I can truly say that they did everything they promised. We were represented by Brent who was a wealth of knowledge and his experience really shows. We had 2 offers a week after our home was on the market and an accepted offer in 10 days.

Felix exceeded my wildest expectations
I was hesitant when i first heard about Felix Homes. I thought there was no way they would be able to provide a good experience at such a low price. Felix exceeded my expectations! Brent's an amazing agent and the Felix team went above and beyond to get 3 amazing offers

Highly recommend Felix Homes!!!
When my husband and I first decided to sell our home, we expected the process to be a nightmare. I can truly say that Brent and Felix Homes put all of our worries to rest by selling our home in only 22 days with absolutely no frustration. The best part was that we saved enough money to make updates to our new home and take our family on vacation.
