Terrible company
Terrible.
Been on my weight-loss journey a year and all was well until I moved over to Fella Health.
2 doses in the pen stopped working so I instantly contacted them to report it They asked me to contact the manufacturers to get a reference number to process a replacement. Did this then they wanted pics and videos,did this also.
Keep getting generic emails asking to do this do that,all of which give done and even signed disclosure forms they sent to confirm everything.
Still excuses and no replacement but very quick to take my money.
Awful company, nothing but money grabbers unfortunately.

I’ve been with Fella almost a year…
I’ve been with Fella almost a year and the customer support is by far the best. Think of Chic-fila support, same thing! My only wish is they had an app. While they do have an app like website, it would amazing if an app but other than this, amazing company. As far as results, I’m down 40lbs with a few more to go.

The semaglutide worked great. I am happy with my results and look forward to keeping the weight off. I lost 2 lbs a week till my desired goal.

Yes my experience with this Mojarro has been very good for losing weight which I wanted to do for my health lower blood pressure mainly
Yes my experience with this Mojarro and this company so far with two deliveries have been very quick and easy to do. I am still waiting for my third pen which I’ve had no contact from the company telling me when it’s expected but my experience with the drug is losing weight and feeling great in myself. My clothes are not tight . So far, it’s been good.
