I give Fem EXCEL 5 stars because, they listened to everything I said & asked & also had a clear answer that I could understand. The woman I spoke to was very nice, polite, pleasant & new what she was talking about. I'd totally promote them to ANY woman experiencing perimenopause menopause or the other word. She was so awesome & im glad I got a woman that had real knowledge about my symptoms. So thank you Fem EXCEL (Jane) your the best I hope🙏this will bring me back to feel like my self again!!!🫶🌹

Ms Blais is absolutely wonderful. She seemed to know exactly what I needed and I have just received my medications and started them today. It took a while for me to learn my test results when I submitted my labs and my first appointment was extremely brief but once Ms Blais has my results I was very satisfied that she was hitting all points of concern. This program is quite pricey for someone on a budget and that is disappointing. I had to weigh out the financial cost of moving ahead with the quality of life loss by doing nothing and I made the choice to address the long-suffering s/s of hormonal deficiency.

I was very confident that the protocol will be a great one! My provider was very supportive and explained why I was feeling so off! I am very hopeful!

I love Fem Excel!! My entire life ive had a bleeding problem and no doctor's could identify why and would always recommend birth control. After finding fem excel on social media I tryed them out and did not regret it! Not only did they help me to identify my problem and SOLVE IT! but they also were so kind and supportive! I would be with fem excel for the rest of my life if I could afford it lol but I dont regret any of it and so thankful and blessed, in all these years they were able to help me with in a month!

Ms. Perez was amazing. She understood my symptoms in a way no OBGYN ever has. I started treatment and already feel better. After such a long journey, finally feeling hope means everything.

I feel beyond blessed to have met Dr. Megan Morriss. She listened and understood how I was feeling. After year half of being put on several different antidepressants and anxiety medication. Trying to explain to obgyn and pcp those meds did nothing for me just made me more exhausted. I feel beyond blessed to have found this help I was desperately needing to live my life and be present with my husband and children. I can’t thank you all enough.

The provider I met with virtually did not listen to my history or concerns. Recommendations were not based on any current evidence or research. Meeting with the "provider" felt like an aggressive sales pitch.

So far its good not on medication yet waiting for it to be mailed , customer service was great and I feel like i was really Heard !!! And I feel they completely understand my issues and I was so relieved that someone understood what I have been going through and had a solution to fixed the issues 🥰

Grace was amazing, listened, was very thorough. She spent time and educated me thoroughly and gave me options for care.

My experience with this company is very mixed. At first I was excited they seem to understand me and I was very hopeful to get the right answers. But right away I figured something was wrong the provider wanted to put me on thyroid meds without any blood test and without any prior thyroid issues. I feel this was very irresponsible I was also put on testosterone that made me feel extremely ill after 2 weeks. I thankfully have found a regimen that's working and I am feeling vibrant again. The practitioner I was working with was completely clueless and is practicing very Reckless medicine!

My 6-month experience as a client has not met my expectations entirely, although the protocol addressed most of the symptoms, such as my lack of stamina, joint ache, cravings, skin sensitivity, and mind clarity. But my estradiol dosage was still too low to target vaginal atrophy, causing frequent urination, whose symptoms can disturb daily activities. All that being said, their customer support is professional and escalates quickly when needed. Virtual appointments with my assigned doctor were not rushed.

I’m so glad I gave Fem Excel a chance. It’s now been a couple of months and I can definitely tell there’s been a change. I feel so much better! I sleep better, my thoughts are not racing like usual, night sweats are about gone and there’s just an overall better mood that I’m experiencing.

The patient portal is lacking in information you need such as scheduled appointments which should be on there since if you forget to attend a scheduled session they charge you $49.00. I called today to inform them of thyroid meds they prescribed that made me feel horrible and I did not want that sent to me again and after she never asked is there anything else I can help you with, she just abruptly hung up. I got lab results that were not gone over with me and I don't understand and no one has discussed with me when my next consultation will be. So this may not be the place I stick with. In addition when I first called to advise that I was not feeling well, I spoke with a liaison who was really terrible. I explained why I was calling and she got it all wrong, they tell you they will call you back and then they relay what you told them to someone else and if they get it all wrong, which she did, then you can't get your issue resolved. The she told me I had an early morning appt at 7:20 when it was actually 8:20! You begin to lose confidence when these things happen.

Easy to set up the appointment and do a video call. The Doctor was very thorough and kind, really made an effort to understand my issues and discuss options. Explained the costs well. It's more than I hoped to spend but worth it compared to other places i've communicated with and felt like a number.

It didn't help me at all, the generic responses and lag time for real care were the main reasons in my opinion. The cost for it to not be effective at all and cause unnecessary side effects are the equally depressing and terrible parts of this experiment. I'm out 700.00 and I'm not better off.

Overall experience was so good !
