My provider, Rebecca Barnett, is so knowledgeable about bio identical HT and so positive, that I feel hope that I will be feeling better and that I am on the right track with treatment. I can't wait to see how this goes, but I am very optimistic. She has great insight and I particularly appreciate her sharing her own experiences. I am go glad to have found FemExcel (through my husband, who recently started with male excel) and I feel so fortunate that I have Rebecca as my provider. I feel I can trust her with my care and that my care is really important to her.
Everyone else at Fem Excel has also been wonderful and helpful, and the whole process seems to be going smoothly and easily.

Amazing! Extremely responsive, the luxury of a zoom visit with a lab kit sent in the mail, I had my consultation received lab kit returned lab kit received Bioidentical hormones and blood work results & I'm feeling incredibly well compared to prior treatment. I highly recommend Fem Excel

Primary issue is being charged without approval or notification. I did not have a scheduled doctor’s appointment to discuss my symptoms or side effects prior to an increase in progesterone. FemExcel refused my request to refund the $350 charged for the medication refill that I did not approved or acknowledge, nor was a doctor involved from what I can see on my end. All “they” did was finally acknowledge that they authorized the increase and refill without my knowing. Additionally, I have not had updated lab work since December 2025 to ensure that they are prescribing the correct medication and amounts. It is also suspicious that all medication and lab work is done in-house without third-party verification. I also don’t like interacting with AI in the chat, and I would prefer an actual person. It’s a money making scheme across all 50 states.

My consultation was outstanding. I have been to another consultation prior and I don’t feel that they were really listening or taking my concerns serious and just wanted to prescribe me something to get some money. I felt very comfortable and heard. Thank you so much!! I can’t wait to get started!
