I appreciated that I felt someone was actually listening to my symptoms & concerns, & trying to find solutions by stopping the Estradiol cream which wasn't helping my complaints & started me on pills that will give me relief hopefully. All the other web sites for female issues would even try anything else.

Excellent service! I’m very happy with my experience so far. My provider was helpful and knowledgeable and I’m so excited to get started.

First off... The medical consultation is with a "Fellow NP", not a MD, even though the initial consultation went fine.
More importantly is the problem with the prescription dose amounts and dispensary. The testosterone cream applicator is beyond HORRIBLE and a worthless design. The plunger is too loose and leaves most of the cream in the tube if it is not lost by falling out. At a dose of .25 gram, you might actually insert a third of this amount. Whomever designed this applicator is completely incompetent. It will take months if not years of paying this monthly membership and purchasing product to ever see any results from this.
Customer Service is beyond HORRIBLE. Calls are routed to a call center in South Africa and you are put on hold for over 30 minutes trying to speak to a medical provider in the USA.

Their service is abysmal. Everything is done by chat that constantly times out. They answer questions with canned answers and everything is completely hands off.

The consultation was great but here it is 9 days later and my meds still have not shipped. I do not think I will renew when the time comes.

Gives super scammy... I signed up for 29.99 first month and had to wait 2 weeks for consult. had the consult with a Dr? Nurse? Consultant? That was a great conversation. She told me what she thought I needed and that I would get my test kit soon. TWO MINUTES AFTER THE CONSULT ENDED THEY TRIED TO CHARGE MY DEBIT CARD WITH 407.00 FOR MEDS! How are they even prescribing meds without test results? Also I did not authorize that. I got on the site and after much pain got to a person who assured me that my membership was cancelled and I would not have any other charges. That was Feb 12 2026. They have attempted to charge me 4 times since then including today Feb 26

The consultation was good, but was disappointed that they don't use my regular pharmacy, where insurance would cover a lot of the medications. They only use their own pharmacy which doesn't accept any insurance.

My Provider Angela was timely, kind and thorough. Im happy to start this new journey.

The Medical Provider did an excellent job explaining the medications, side effects, usage and advantages and great needs of treatment.
