I bought a house from Fenn Wright. Kirsty kept me updated every week. Process was super smooth. I have moved a few times and this is the least stressed I have felt about buying. I never had to chase for things to be done, Fenn Wright were on top of the solicitors all the way to ensure the transaction went smoothly. Would use if I sell in the future.

Well what can I say about this company except they are very professional and helpful. We have had 3 homes to sell & 1 to buy and we have had this company to do all. Everything ran smoothly for all of them, I can't fault them at all. Whenever you wanted to ask anything they would help wherever possible. 2 particularly people I think went out of there way to help us which is Charley (Felixstowe) & Kyle (Ipswich) & I can't thank them enough. We are now happy in our new home and hopefully 2025 will be quieter.

Despite a protracted and frustrating purchase of our house, due mainly to it being a probate sale, I have only words of praise for the way Kirsty supported us throughout the long process. She kept us informed on the progress of the sale and was quick to respond to our many enquiries and concerns and acted as an excellent conduit between buyer and seller. Kirsty comes highly recommended and is a credit to Fenn Wright.

We found the staff in the Colchester Office to be really helpful particularly Ben & Kirsty. Kirsty provided weekly updates from the bottom of our house sale and purchase chain all the way to the top - Thank you.

We have just exchanged contracts on our new home, we are buying and not selling so can only talk about our experience of arranging viewings to see the house and then dealing with Fenn Wright as the purchase progressed.
They have been professional, friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Special thanks to Jo (she met us at the house on 3 occasions to do viewings, one of these was at very short notice today). She was lovely! We did another viewing with a lady who I think was called Michelle and she was great too.
Aimee chased progress, liaised with solicitors and the vendors and with us. She was persistent and helped move things along when the process seemed to have stalled.

He was an absolute asset to the team who could really learn a thing or two from him!

The property was not an easy one to sell. The marketing material that Fennwright prepared was excellent as was their communication and feedback. Once an offer had been agreed the post sales support in seeing the sale through was absolutely superb.

I always knew I would use Fenn Wright when the time came to sell and I wasn't disappointed. First Phil, then Kirsty have been amazing. Kirsty especially has gone over and above to get us to completion. In fact I was kept more informed by her than I was by my solicitor and the agent we were buying through. Incredible service.
