Great Estate Agents. Nothing negative to say. Paul and Phil in the sales team were great. Kirsty in the progression team was also fantastic- she kept us up to date and informed each week of where we were at, chasing up and down the chain and ironing out the niggles to get us over the finishing line.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use Fenn Wright again and would thoroughly recommend to anyone thinking of selling/buying. Thank you once again to the whole team.

Very disappointed with recent contact with branch in Essex. Enquired about a property and was told it was sold so my questions were not answered. In the next 2 weeks the property came back on the market and yet no one thought I was hot enough a sales lead to be contacted again. Very poor organisation and sales technics especially as I was very interested in the property concerned. Wouldn’t engage with them for a property again due to lack of attention to detail.

The help I received was friendly and I always felt that I could ask questions when I was unsure of what was happening, without being a nuisance. The two members of staff that I dealt with were Scott Cracknell at the Chelmsford office, who found a buyer. And Hannah Potter, sales progressor, in Colchester. I cannot speak highly enough of them both.

After encountering various problems selling my Cottage I must say that Fenn Wright kept me updated with proceedings, especially Hannah Potter from Colchester branch, in the later stage.
I must also mention the guys in the Chelmsford branch who at the start were very helpful.

Recently sold a property, Kelsey was helpful and kept us informed at each stage. Graham Buxton was really helpful with the initial going to market set up. We had previously let the property for a number of years as well. Overall I would definitely use them again, they're friendly, helpful and give honest information with regard to valuations.

Purchasing a property can be and is very stressful, Kelsey helped the purchase of our sons property a lot easier and was always available on the phone and emails. Kelsey also spent time to engage with the solicitors and mortgage company to get the purchase over the line. She is a fantastic asset to fenn wright.

I was the buyer and the seller used Fenn Wright as their estate agent. Every week I received an update call from Kirsty at Fenn Wright with an update and she was able to answer any queries I had.

I had a great experience with Fenn Wright from the initial viewing of the property I ended up purchasing, all the way through to completion. They helped me secure a great property at a really good price. I was made to feel important and valued as a customer even through the stressful times that can occur when purchasing a property. A special mention has to go to Kirsty who would answer all queries from me at sometimes silly times of the evening or even on her day off. She is a real asset to the company and optimises the values Fenn Wright has. Kirsty made the whole process feel easy even when it became tricky. I would use Fenn Wright at any given chance should I move again in the future. thank you all for an amazing experience from a buyer's perspective.

Don’t think I’ve ever bothered to write a negative review about anything before but this is well needed. I rented a property through this company for two years and it was the worst experience ever. They never dealt with a single issue I raised promptly, they made my end of tenancy exit hell, their constant lack of communication resulted in me ending up out of pocket despite me requesting information for end of tenancy information two months prior to which I had no response. They were extremely efficient at communication when they were collecting funds and other issues that benefited them but conveniently ignored my plea for action due to having to throw away half of my furniture due to mould damage from internal walls (this was not the first mould related issue I had raised about this property). The two young lads I spoke to on the odd occasion are the only reason I wouldn’t plea for this review to have 0 stars. I have requested contact information for HO in order to raise a formal complaint. Horrific company and will never be using them again.
