Brilliant system for our facilities company

Fergus has been a fantastic system for our facilities company. It has everything we need to help us efficiently run, manage and plan our business, all in one place.

The system is easy to use, and whenever we’ve had a question or needed any support, there has always been someone available at the end of the phone to help.

We’ve been really impressed with both the system and the level of customer service. We would highly recommend Fergus to any business looking for a reliable system to help manage their day-to-day operations.

We moved over to Fergus recently to help us manage the day-to-day running of our landscaping business, and it has made a huge difference to how organised we are.

We now have our jobs, quotations, invoices, timesheets, job costings, photos, forms and paperwork all in one place rather than having information spread across different systems.

One of the biggest things for us has been being able to create our own forms and checklists. As a landscaping company, we have quite a lot to keep on top of when it comes to health & safety, vehicles, machinery, PPE, risk assessments and site paperwork, so having everything attached to the relevant job and accessible to the team has been really useful.

The job costing side has also given us a much clearer picture of where our money is going on each project, particularly when it comes to labour and materials, which is incredibly important for a small business.

Something else we’ve really appreciated is the support you get alongside the software. You get an included **Power Hour**, follow-up calls and help is always at hand if you get stuck or need advice on how to set something up. It has made the transition much easier, especially when there is so much within Fergus to get your head around at the beginning.

There is definitely a bit of time involved in getting everything set up in a way that works for your individual business, but once you start using it properly, you realise just how much it can do.

We’re still finding new ways to use Fergus and building it around the way our company operates, but so far it has helped us become much more structured and professional behind the scenes.

For a growing trade business wanting everything in one place, with support there when you need it, we would definitely recommend giving Fergus a try.

just found out after 5 years that pricing hasnt updated in favourites which is not what we were advised previously. wont update add folders to jobs but add stupid items on invoices. wont listen to feedback. we are looking at other systems due to the lack of understanding on how companies actually work

Started using Fergus around June/July last year - find it really useful and very straight forward to use. Has everything we as a company are looking for. Anytime I need support Tom is always very helpful and does everything he can to help. Thanks Tom for all your help!. Would definitely recommend fergus :)

Xero intergration Broken. Blank emails being sent to invoice. Supplier integration doesnt work. More bugs than i can poke a stick at.

From the beginning of our changeover to Fergus software for our company it has been absolute smooth sailing. The time and commitment the advisors have given, where just answering general questions and holding training sessions with our engineers has been fantastic.

Even a good few months down the line, it is super easy to get advice in no time at all and someone is always on hand to help.

We have used Fergus for over 2 years now our team of 15 find the software very user friendly, and easy to navigate around.
From day one the support team have been amazing, from explaining how Fergus could help our business, to induction and more importantly the after service, when we have a problem, you simply make a call and someone will always help you.

Excellent system for our electrician company and an extremely helpful team!

Tom has provided outstanding service throughout my usage of Fergus. Any issues I’ve come across he has sorted for me straight away and explained everything in detail so it all works smoothly in the future.

Fergus is a good system, there are still quite a few parts of it that are in progress such as Asset Management which for my company is essential. However, the training and support that I have received from Tom Kearns has bee excellent.

Toujours ces problèmes de serviettes alors il y a depuis 1 jour un jeune homme de l hôtel qui viens à 10h et qui enlève les serviettes non occupées mais c est à 7h 30 qu il faut venir ce matin une quinzaine de serviettes y étaient posés franchement de l irrespect totale

We've been using Fergus for a long time and initially found it to be a reliable platform. However, over time, we've noticed a consistent pattern: the pricing changes every 6 to 12 months, usually increasing without clear added value.

Most frustratingly, after a recent demo with Tom, we discovered that features we were actively using have now been locked—features that were part of our plan when we signed up. It’s very disappointing to see Fergus restrict core functionality just to push existing users toward upgrading their plans.

This kind of practice feels more like a sales tactic than customer support, and it's a shame to see long-term users being treated this way. We expected better transparency and respect for existing users.
