I ordered the vegetable salad maker, didn't work as shown and wanted to return but no one responded, waste of money, don't buy from them, they are useless

I've just receieved my order of 3 fans you put round your neck. I've charged them and none of them work. How do i go about getting my money back.

A simple order made difficult!! Ordered a phone case a week ago, shipping info provided was wrong and I have constantly messaged their supposed 24hr customer support line every day this week and not even the courtesy of an email and NO DELIVERY YET!!

Think I may have to "send the boys round" soon!🤬😁... but seriously they need to get their act together. If you have an online store and no phone contact you need to REPLY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

We ordered the dress the beginning of August in a different color than shown and with longer length for heels( my daughter is 5'9" so better safe than sorry) It took roughly 15 days to get here. It is beautiful exactly like picture and sizing is correct.

I am so glad that my problem was resolved and i will be looking forward on ordering again. Customers service took care of me.

It is too long since I chose the standard size. But luckly my friend is tailor, she helped me cut it. She said the dress is well-made, she felt very surprise when i told the price, she thought it was too cheap.

I love my dress not only it's affordable but it was the unique and different and most shining one! Shining beads, Blingy, Blingly... Low cut, Perfect fish tail hemline. A must have. I want to purchase a bag, too.

Ordered a tabletop drum grater from seeing an ad on Instagram. The product was cheap plastic. The suction base did not work. The blades were blunt. Impossible to grate vegetables. Absolute rubbish. And they are still advertising on Instagram.

Obviously overseas purchase so response time was actually very quick. Dresses came when expected and were actually very nice.

Easy to order. Dress chart is exact. If you give the right measurements you will get the dress as you ordered. Very nice customer service.

Customer service was not very helpful either. But when the dress got to my house it was truly beautiful!

Blue tooth inner ear headphones arrived in a couple of weeks and they work! I’d written off the money so it was a pleasant surprise. Looks like sometimes they come up with the goods!

Very amazing and unique product and excellent quality!

The shipping however was alot longer than expected. The customer service was also prompt and excellent.
