High quality lights, great service
I bought 40m of the 365+ festoon lights. Great service from Josh who helped get a discount after the online code didn’t work. He also recommended bulbs to suit. Fast delivery, high quality lighting.

Garden Lights
After many disappointments with outdoor light sets, I found Festoon Lighting's website, decided give them a try and emailed them with an enquiry about current stock. Turned out to be a great idea and I found the company to be extremely helpful and efficient. Very prompt and friendly communication throughout. After an initial slight misunderstanding, quickly and effectively corrected, I placed my order through the website and two days later, a 10m X 20 socket festoon harness, a set of bulbs, some spares and 15m of Connectable Fairy Lights arrived. All were well packaged and in good order. All necessary accessories were included and everything was ready to hang. The items were from the Connect 365+ range and as soon as I examined them, I knew they were going to easily meet the claims made by the company. The bulbs are a tight fit with a rubber seal completely enclosing the socket once the bulb is fitted. The bulbs need a very firm push and twist to seat them in place and I was concerned about twisting the head off the bulb. No problem, they seem very robust. The looms are also very robust with moulded on sockets and a reassuringly heavy gauge of cable. There are two screw holes on each socket and although there is a plastic collar around the socket which does interfere with the line of the screw, they were easy to hang. The cable is flexible but quite resilient and requires firm handling as you try to get the sockets straight. The connectors between the plug lead and the looms are also reassuringly well made with substantial seals. Everything worked from the first switch on and once it starts to get dark, they look great. Most importantly, my wife loves them! They have a had good soaking over the last couple of days with no signs of water getting past the seals. As for longevity, I will have to be patient but I am confident that they are as good as they look.

Brilliant lights
Lights are brilliant look strong and work well. I got the ones 1 metre apart and there is plenty of light.
Only issue was delivery but the was DPD not festoon

Customer Service was excellent
In the end the product wasn't suitable for what I needed but the customer service in organising a return and refund was excellent. All done over WhatsApp and you chat with an actually person and not a bot. Very quick responses and very polite and professional.

Good in parts
Good in parts; first 200 lamp outside lights didn’t work , and took ages to arrive . Much more expensive replacements arrived super fast . So 1 star for first set and 5 star for second. Good personal service that immediately addressed and replaced faulty lights .

It even has wife appeal!
I decided to extend our lights and create a T so that one end went up a back path. The items were delivered very quickly and were installed in about 20 minutes. It’s perfect! It actually has wife appeal which is almost impossible.
Heartily recommend!
