Great availability of natural supplements and fast delivery. I've been a customer for a few years now. I just would like if they made a wish list to save products you may want to buy, and prices per kg.

Ordered dog food, delivery dates stated, advised I would be emailed on despatch. By the date the product was due, no notification so I contacted them, they waited a further four days to reply saying they couldn’t complete the order. By this time my dog food supply was running low as I had ordered eight days prior. Why could they not let me know sooner that they couldn’t fulfil the order? Poor service.

Fetch have a huge variety of food, treats and accessories to fit your pet’s needs, diets etc. All of their products seem to have your pet’s health at the forefront which is exactly what we wanted when buying chews for my two dogs. I wanted to ensure what I was giving them would not affect their health in a negative way.

The prices are really reasonable considering the high quality and they value loyalty with little add on gifts to your order. We recommend them 100%!

I ordered a few different food products from Fetch Your Pet Needs. They arrived very quickly and every product I ordered my four dogs loved. They were actually trying to get into the box as I was opening it. Best of all is the honest ingredient list, no additives, just good clean food.

I've been using Fetch Your Pet Needs for a couple of years to feed raw food for my dogs and cats. They have a great selection of foods and supplements, and good customer service. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the subscription orders get cancelled on short notice sometimes.

Super quick delivery & a few food samples were thrown in too. We have now switched our dog over to Kudo because he likes it & the quality of the food is great. Everything was packaged with care.

Really good selection of food. My elderly dog has had to have her teeth removed and I've struggled to find a dry dog food that she'll eat...as well as her treats. I found plenty of choice on the site (that I haven't found at the other pet shops). She's happy and so am I.
