Regarding the shipping delay, we’d like to explain that due to an overseas holiday period in February, logistics experienced temporary disruptions, which caused longer-than-usual delivery times. This is not reflective of our standard shipping timeframe, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been—especially when you were counting on timely delivery.
