When it comes to EAs

When it comes to EAs, most prop firms have very stringent approval criteria. Fewpips by far is one of those prop firms that is ea-friendly and at the same time doesn't delay payouts on purpose. Most other prop firms i've dealt with, that by any chance allows handful of EAs' ultimately come up with bogus reasons to deny payouts. few pips is apart from them.

I started using FewPips because someone…

I started using FewPips because someone recommended them. I purchased two challenges and successfully passed both. However, they only approved one of them because of a rule they don’t make clear upfront.

One of their hidden rules is that 90% or more of your trades cannot be on the same side. For example, if you take 10 trades, only 8 can be sells, and at least 2 must be buys (or vice versa).

I’ve been trading for 11 years, and I’ve never seen such a ridiculous rule. The worst part is they don’t provide any tool or dashboard to track this percentage. You have to manually count every single trade to make sure you’re under the 90% threshold.

I also requested a payout, and it was denied. Based on my experience, it feels like they’re looking for technicalities to avoid paying traders rather than honoring successful accounts.

Their sales team is also misleading. One of their representatives called me before I signed up, but he never explained this rule or the other fine print. He simply told me what I wanted to hear so I’d purchase the challenges.

Based on my experience, I don’t recommend FewPips. It may look promising at first, but be extremely careful. Read every rule and ask detailed questions before spending your money, because some of the most important restrictions aren’t clearly communicated upfront. I personally won’t be using them again.

I appreciate the response, but I still disagree with how these rules are presented and enforced.

Just because a rule exists on a legal page or inside the dashboard doesn’t mean it’s communicated clearly enough for traders to understand its significance. The 90% directional consistency rule is not something most experienced traders would reasonably expect, and in my opinion it should be disclosed prominently during the sales process since it’s a rule that can invalidate an otherwise successful challenge.

I’ve been trading for 11 years and have traded with multiple prop firms, and I’ve never encountered a rule like this. More importantly, there’s no tool that allows traders to monitor their directional percentage in real time. If you’re going to enforce such a specific metric, traders should at least have a way to track it instead of manually counting every trade.

Regarding the payout, I understand your explanation. However, from my perspective, a single trade being classified as latency arbitrage doesn’t reflect my overall trading style or intent. I’ve consistently traded the same strategy, and I wasn’t attempting to exploit pricing inefficiencies.

At the end of the day, I’m simply sharing my experience. I purchased two challenges, one was denied because of a rule I believe isn’t communicated clearly enough, and my payout request on a funded account was denied for another rule. Other traders can read both sides and decide for themselves whether FewPips is the right fit.

Thanks for laying this out in detail.

First, on the rules being hidden: they aren't. The full ruleset, including our consistency rule and our prohibited-trading rules, is published on fewpips.com/legal and inside your CRM dashboard. When your credentials are issued, the rules section is highlighted for you to review before you place a single trade. Nothing is withheld for an audit to surface later.

You passed two challenges, and you're right that we approved one of them. The other fell short of our consistency requirement, which prevents an account being built almost entirely on one-directional positions — it's there to confirm genuine trading rather than a single directional bet, and it's published alongside the rest of the ruleset.

The payout was a separate funded account, and it was reviewed the same way every withdrawal is. The audit identified a position opened and closed within 30 seconds, which our rules classify as latency-arbitrage / tick-scalping and treat as a hard breach. That finding rests on the open-and-close timestamps in your own trade history — it isn't a technicality or a discretionary call.

We're not looking for reasons to avoid paying; payouts are how this business grows. If you'd like to go through the specific trades and rule references with us, reply to your audit email or contact support and we'll walk through it with you line by line.

The customer service is fast with humans and AI as well. I talked with Kiara and she is informative, patient, and nice. She helped me with an account issue and gave me great benefits for the inconvenience. 10/10 highly recommend.

Rules hidden under Legal not FAQ

I was contacted by phone from one of the representatives at fewpips.. i joined them because of their partnership with one of my brokers, but fewpips is predatory. they want you to forget a sl or tp so when it comes time to pay you out they don't have to. then not only that, you will request the payout and they will close your account. They already blocked me from the discord, and I asked to just reset my account and skip my payout since all my accounts are in profit, but they knew what they were doing. First off never accept a call from a prop firm trying to get you to hurry and buy an account. i don't care who you are or what you trade, sometimes volatility will push your trade in your direction so fast you'll end up closing it. it's a stupid rule, but read the legal page, not the FAQ.

don't waste your money with this predatory firm.. at first i supported them, but I'll take a hard pass. other than that, not bad.

We take the characterisation of "predatory" seriously, because it isn't an accurate reflection of how we operate. Our rules are published in full on our website and within our CRM. They have not changed, they are not concealed, and they are applied identically to every trader on our books. We make a point of being open about them precisely so that traders can make an informed decision before committing.

The stop-loss and take-profit requirements on funded accounts exist for risk-management reasons and are documented in our legal terms — the same terms you rightly point out traders should read carefully. We agree completely on that point.

Where a trader believes a decision was made in error, we have a process to review it. We'd encourage you to contact our support team at support@fewpips.com referencing this review so we can examine your account and the relevant rule applications directly, rather than through a public thread.

I've tried a few prop firms before and Fewpips stands out because there are no time limits on the challenge. That took a lot of pressure off my trading and allowed me to focus on following my strategy instead of rushing trades. The rules are clear and the profit split is very competitive.

They will find any reason to deny your payout even if their own support team will tell you to do certain things on the account and that you are allowed to and then once you request your payout they will deny you STAY AWAY THIS IS A SCAM WORST PROP FIRM EVER THEY CAN CALL YOU TO SELL YOU BUT WHEN IT S TIME TO ACTUALLY SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM THEM I HAVE ALL THE PROOF

Great customer service and patience.

I like that they're very attentive with your concerns. I was unable to get MT5 on my laptop, and when I finally downloaded the android version. I still wasn't able to log into my laptop but I was able to log onto my funded account from my phone. I prefer to trade on my laptop but I'll just use my laptop to chart and trade on my phone. I appreciate how patient and easy going Peter was with me cause it took a while and he stayed helpful and patient. Didn't get the results I wanted but I was still thankful for all the help.

Great platform

Nick Made Time for A One-on-One!

I’ve been with Fewpips for about a month now and it has genuinely exceeded my expectations. I opted for the 1-Step Challenge and the entire process was straightforward from the very beginning, clear rules, fair targets, and no unpleasant surprises buried in the terms.
The platform itself is clean, stable, and easy to navigate. Everything is where you’d expect it to be, which means you can stay focused on what actually matters, trading. No unnecessary complexity, no technical headaches.
