This is my second time in using this company. I was guided to use the App, which i found useful and it was easy to use. The App guided me on what info was yet to be submitted.

From communication with us to dealing with other solicitors and estate agents they were flawless in a very difficult chain. I honestly think we’d still be waiting to move if it wasn’t for them both. Completed much earlier, provided regular updates and simply exceptional service
Overall, really pleased with the service offered. Fidler's Ryan Beck and Lauren McLean recently advised me on a remortgage, and they were very professional, kept me updated on progress. What was really remarkable is that they helped me switch to a new deal at the earliest opportunity, which worked out nearly 20 days early than previously envisaged. I would strongly recommend this company based on my experience.

Fantastic clear communication and help advise.

The remortgage as stress free and easy. As I was not keen on using the mobile phone app, Belinda who handled the case was able to accommodate all correspondence by email. The completion was timely and without glitches.
