Unfortunately, Electricity is easier to transfer compared to gas and this is very common with switching gas providers.

I tried to extend the policy I…
I tried to extend the policy I purchased by 2 days. I couldn't. I had to cancel that policy and start a new one. WHY.?
Then I was told I couldn't do that outside a number of days of commencing the trip, even though I had a policy with the same start date!
So, silly me, tried a new application and it went through with the new dates. Next time it will probably be with a new insurer

The bare essential cover that we have does not cover any cancellations, it only covers medical expenses, emergency expenses and personal liability.
The Mid and Top level covers will give you cover for cancellations and COVID related claims.
Hopefully with our offers we could help save on some of the expenses.

Im sorry to hear about the experience you had when you tried to take up the offer with One Big Switch.
It is very unfortunate that you have received two different quotes from our side and when you went directly through Budget Direct. However, this is not possible, our offer and Budget Direct's discount are the same, you will also be landing to Budget Direct's site when you click on our offer. The only difference with our offers are the eGiftcards that will be sent per policy that you switch through One Big Switch.
